Drop up to 20 resumes, get a searchable candidate table you can export to CSV. No AI, no upload.

The idea

A recruiter's inbox is twenty PDFs that all say the same things in twenty different layouts. Hirely pulls name, email, phone, skills and experience out of each one and puts them in a table you can sort and export.

Why there's no AI in it

Sending candidate resumes to a model API is a data-protection conversation nobody in HR wants to have. Hirely uses a local pattern engine instead: deterministic, auditable, and it produces the same answer twice. Scanned resumes go through a bundled OCR pass first, so an image-only PDF still parses.

The result is a candidate table with search and a CSV export — everything computed on the machine the files were already sitting on.
